Today I'm Wearing: Primark Jersey Midi Dress

Today I’m wearing my brand new Primark Jersey Midi Dress. I’ve been looking for one like this for what feels like forever so when I saw this last week on my little Primark Haul, I couldn’t believe it! It’s made from super soft jersey so it’s really comfortable to wear and fits perfectly. I had to resist buying it in every colour, so opted for grey and black - wardrobe staples for me.

Being petite I’m normally fairly choosy when it comes to midi dresses, a lot of the time they’re far too long and end up drowning me, so when I tried this on I was pleasantly surprised by how well it fit. It’s the perfect dress for a lazy Sunday lounging around the house, or worn with a blazer for more of a smart casual look which is what I opted for today.

I paired it with my Topshop Crop Back Collarless Blazer and Glamorous PU Studded Boots and headed into town. I start my new job next week so I thought it wise to a pick up a few bits I needed prior to starting. I bought some new Filofax pages (better late than never) including some gorgeous lavender ruled notepaper and a shiny new pen – I’m such a stationary nerd. I picked up a new pair of black Topshop Leigh Jeans as my current pair are getting a little scruffy, and some gorgeous ankle strap heels that I’ve been coveting for weeks. I think I’ll be wearing them out for dinner come Valentines Day!
